Join us for an interactive workshop inoculating logs with shiitake mushroom spawn.
We’ll provide the logs and spawn, show you how to drill holes into the logs, pack them with spawn, and cap them with wax.
We’ll also discuss:
Each log should produce mushrooms several times a year for about 3 years!
The workshop will be held outdoors. If it rains, we will work under a tent. Be sure to wear clothes that can get dirty.
