For the second year, the Anacostia Business Improvement District and the 11th Street Bridge Park (a project of the Ward 8 non-profit Building Bridges Across the River) has created a temporary mobile pop-up location for East of the River small businesses to vend and receive technical assistance (TA.) This innovative program provides a solid platform for growth and sustainability.
Washington D.C.’s first elevated park will span the Anacostia River and serve as a new venue for healthy recreation, environmental education, and the arts.
