Tenants Rights Workshops

As part of the implementation of our Equitable Development Plan – our effort to ensure that nearby residents can continuously benefit from this future civic space – we are funding the work of Housing Counseling Services (HCS) to lead weekly tenants rights workshops. We are targeting renters in 2-12 unit buildings within a one mile area around the future Bridge Park through mailings and door to door canvasing over the next several months. HCS is also leading monthly workshops for property owners in the same area. This work will continue through early October 2016. Below are upcoming HCS workshops. Hope you can join!
